A Powerful Assets Management Software
Dean Infotech, a leading web and software development agency based in India is pleased to announce another feather in the cap of its prestigious achievements – the launch of an E Booking system that helps small and mid-sized enterprises to keep track of their events, assets and bookings at a large scale. We are proud of our hardworking team of 20+ talented software professionals who’ve made this project a huge success by proposing an integrated software solution to handle all the important tasks, functions and events – all at one place with minimum hassle and considerably less effort.
The idea germinated when one of our South Africa clients asked us to develop a customized software with which one can register their assets, record bookings and manage events using a single interface. What next? Our enthusiastic team who’s always up at the service of clients decided to implement the idea as soon as possible and come up with an innovative solution to meet the complex needs of small and mid-sized businesses. At the very outset, we decided to analyse requirements and complex scenarios involving the process and proposed solutions to mitigate common problems clients encounter while dealing with a huge database of customers or their own clients who outsource projects to them.
After we’re done with the comprehensive Requirements Specification Document stating all the details, we quickly designed a UI model that clients can easily get their hands-on. Here, the topmost priority was given to an easy to use interface simple enough that clients can easily understand and work with minimum hassle. To test usability, we tried two variations of the user interface designs and then finalised the one based on smooth user experience. Next, our database management experts quickly set up a backend for the software to work with 100% efficiency and at last everything was integrated to yield Online Booking Management System -excellent software that can work well with all the operating systems and platforms. In out beta phase, we started trial run of the E-booking management system software by distributing it to some of our reputed clients to identify bugs and fix them in the final version. After this last round of testing, we finally launched it after 2 months of rigorous hard work i.e. on 15th November, 2014 for commercial use.
